How are my upgrade requests processed?

Upgrades are processed manually in the following procedure:
  1. Upgrade request submitted through ticket system in billing panel
  2. Request verified and invoice sent
  3. Full payment made
  4. Upgrade processed and VPS rebooted (if applicable)
As such, time is needed to process the request and we seek your kind understanding. Informing us when you make payment for your upgrade will also facilitate the processing of your request.
