I am an existing customer and I have just paid for an order that I submitted. Why is it still "Pending"?

You have most probably submitted an order with an invalid hostname for your VPS.

Please note that a valid hostname for a VPS needs to fulfil the following criteria:
  1. No invalid characters e.g. _ | } @ etc
  2. No spaces
  3. Must be 4 characters or longer

If you have submitted an order with an inavlid hostname, the system will not process and activate your order.
You will need to open a ticket through your billing panel and inform us to update the hostname so that the system can continue processing your order.
