1. General

This Agreement is between you ("Client") and OneAsiaHost LLP, a Singapore based registered company. OneAsiaHost may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended Agreement on its web site.

2. Payment & Renewal

Client shall pay all fees according to the prices and terms listed. OneAsiaHost may change the specifications and/or fees upon providing thirty (30) days prior notice. Services are renewed automatically on monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Renewal invoice is sent 7 days before due.

3. Outstanding Accounts

OneAsiaHost may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon failure of Customer to pay charges when due. Services will be automatically suspended 3 days after invoice due date. Services will then be terminated (data destroyed) 7 days after invoice due date.

4. Refunds

All payments to OneAsiaHost are non-refundable. This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Default 99.5% uptime guarantee applies. Credits are issued for downtime exceeding the SLA upon ticket submission within 7 days. Exceptions include scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, and client-caused downtime.

6. Data Backup

OneAsiaHost does not provide any form of backup. Client will need to perform backup on their own, at their own expense.

7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

• Spamming: Strictly prohibited. Immediate termination.
• Prohibited Content: Adult/pornographic content, Viruses, Copyrighted content (24hr notice to resolve).
• Resource Abuse: Intentional or not, may result in suspension.
• TOR/Bittorrent: Strictly prohibited on our services.
• IRC: Only IRC Clients are allowed.

8. Information Collection

What Information Does OneAsiaHost Collect?

When you register for a OneAsiaHost account, we collect basic contact information including your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and billing details such as payment method information. When you use our services, our systems automatically record technical session data such as dates and times of access, service usage activity, and the IP address assigned to you.

This data is collected using standard server log files and session-based or persistent cookies. OneAsiaHost also records requests you make regarding our products and services, responses to surveys, payment history, and communications with our support team.

Except in extraordinary circumstances such as compliance with legal orders, protection of company rights or property, or situations involving immediate safety risks, OneAsiaHost does not monitor or log the specific websites you visit in a way that identifies you as an individual.

9. Information Usage

How Does OneAsiaHost Use This Information?

OneAsiaHost uses collected information strictly to operate, maintain, and improve its services. Contact details are used for account-related communications and service notifications. Billing information is used to process payments and prevent fraud. Session and technical data are used to allocate system resources, ensure network stability, and enforce Service Level Agreements.

Communications with our support team are retained to resolve issues, improve customer support quality, and maintain service records. OneAsiaHost may also send service-related announcements, operational notices, or information about products and services that may be relevant to you. Critical service notices may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

10. Data Sharing

Does OneAsiaHost Share Information With Third Parties?

OneAsiaHost does not sell or rent customer data. Information may only be disclosed under the following conditions:

• 1. When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• 2. When necessary to protect the rights, property, or security of OneAsiaHost.
• 3. In emergency situations involving risk to human safety.
• 4. When required for domain name registration, including public WHOIS databases.

Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Please note that any information you voluntarily publish in public areas such as forums, personal websites, or public domain registration records is accessible to others. OneAsiaHost cannot control or protect information disclosed in these contexts. You should review the privacy practices of third-party websites and services you use.

11. Security

Security of Information

OneAsiaHost takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Sensitive data transmitted through our registration and billing systems is encrypted using SSL technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to safeguard personal data during transmission and storage.

No internet-based system is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. User Rights

How Can You Update or Correct Your Information?

You may update or correct your account information through the OneAsiaHost billing panel. Accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information is required under our Service Level Agreements.

For security reasons, OneAsiaHost may require verification, including government-issued identification, before disclosing or modifying billing or account ownership details.

13. Data Retention

What Happens to Your Information After Account Termination?

If you cancel your account, OneAsiaHost will normally delete personally identifiable account data within twelve months, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate accounting or dispute resolution purposes. This retention period allows for account reactivation and continuity where applicable.

In cases involving billing disputes, fraud, or accounting irregularities, OneAsiaHost may retain relevant information as necessary to resolve the issue. Customers who are citizens or residents of European Union countries may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
